Tracey Slater

Tracey has been with Seneca since 2000.  Her history with the lumber business started back in 1975 and continued through 1986.  She then took a 14-year detour from all things lumber and returned to the field with Seneca.  Her duties include the general oversight of all rail responsibilities, with her primary charge being the rail activity from the Eugene location.  Born and raised in Eugene, Tracey is active in her faith, while enjoying other interests in sports, cooking, reading, animals, and spending time with friends.

Zachary Kenady

Zach came to the Seneca family in 2014 with 10+ years of sales and customer service experience.  In 2015, he started assisting with rail traffic.  In 2017, he officially began coordinating all rail traffic duties for Seneca Noti.  Zach assists with numerous sales support tasks and projects along with his daily traffic duties.  He also assists with and covers Eugene rail traffic and manages the Seneca Customer Portal.  In his personal time, he loves running, CrossFit, golf, and spending time with his amazing wife and better half, Andra.

Aaron Fleming

Aaron joined the Seneca Sawmill sales staff in 2014, bringing 21 years of experience in wood products.  Aaron’s lumber yard experience began right out of high school in Florence, Oregon, where he worked his way up from a yard worker to lumber purchasing.  After eight years at the retail level, Aaron took an opportunity to relocate to the Willamette Valley to work in wholesale lumber purchasing and sales for 13 years before joining the sales team at Seneca.  Aaron’s motivation and work ethic are the result of understanding and appreciating the needs of his customers.  Aaron and his wife, Crystal, have two sons, Cody and Tanner.   He enjoys the outdoors, which includes hunting, fishing, kayaking, golf and watching college football.  Of course, that is when he can find time around his kids’ busy schedules.

Mark Dippel

Mark joined the Seneca family in 1994.  He brings to Seneca a strong background in the lumber business spanning four decades.  His knowledge serves Seneca well, and his understanding of the diversity of the U.S. domestic lumber market benefits both you, the customer, and Seneca, the company.  He is the first to tell you, “the opportunity to work for Seneca is my dream job.  I can put my career experience to good use for a company I consider the best; family owned, with the highest quality products and the essential timberlands.”  Mark, a native Oregonian, graduated from Oregon State University, where he also played football.  Mark and his wife, Judy, have been married since 1970 and have two married children and four grandchildren.

Terri Adair

Terri began her career at Seneca in the summer of 1988.  She credits Aaron Jones (company founder) and Rick Re (retired General Manager) for providing the foundation and tools she needs to assist customers with sales, saying “Mr. Jones has always been a leader with a vision that not many could comprehend.  He gave me an opportunity and I have never looked back.”  Terri has served on the board of the West Coast Lumber Inspection Bureau, including a tenure as President.  At home, Terri is married with a daughter.  She enjoys spending time with friends and family.  Terri came to Oregon when she was 5 and grew up in the Philomath area.

Donna Jones

Donna came to Seneca in 1991 with 13 years of experience in the forest products industry which included sales at the mill level, support for purchasing and direct distribution, reload management, transportation, credit and customer service.  She put her talents to use at Seneca in general lumber sales and now specializes in the marketing of clear products.  Donna and her husband Brett enjoy camping, hunting, fishing, sports and music as well as spending time with their eight grandchildren.
